Thanks, that fixed it. Now to tame krunner into actually opening Dolphin shortcuts in Dolphin and not a terminal.

You can get them back by executing the following command:
cp /usr/share/kde4/servicetypes/konqpopupmenuplugin.desktop
/usr/share/kservicetypes5/
