Filename encoding problems with fish/dolphin

Hi,

I have some trouble with fish and dolphin.

When I'm trying to save some file with "special" characters like àéèç, the name of my file 
is changed with some iso code but automatically translated in dolphin... It's weird !

For exemple :
"Introduction à Spring.odp" become "Introduction \#340 Spring.odp" and Dolphin show a 
duplicate file but it cannot do anything with it ("file not found" if I try to remove it)

Is there anybody who know if it is possible to correct that behaviour ?
