I just upgraded to jessie, and somehow a setting was changed so that whenever the cursor moves over a plasmoid in a panel, a large tool tip appears for a second or two. How do I turn off this behaviour? (I really don't need distractions appearing on my screen and covering information when I am trying to work.) Doc -- Web: http://www.sff.net/people/N7DR
