After install:

kwin-decoration-oxygen/testing,unstable,now 4:5.3.2-3 amd64 [installed] (KWin decoration for the Oxygen desktop theme).

If i try selecting windows decorations (oxygen), systemsettings5 crash with:

systemsettings5 PID: 5297 Señal: Segmentation fault (11)

.... purge kwin-decoration-oxygen ...Windows Decorations module works again.
