Did you upgrade libkf5windowsystem5 to 5.13?, if yes that's the reason, 
because this package is missing these two files:

usr/lib/*/qt5/plugins/kf5/org.kde.kwindowsystem.platforms/KF5WindowSystemWaylandPlugin.so
usr/lib/*/qt5/plugins/kf5/org.kde.kwindowsystem.platforms/KF5WindowSystemX11Plugin.so

In the meantime, you can downgrade libkf5windowsystem5 and libkf5windowsystem-
data to 5.12 and it should solve your troubles.
