The other packages I had to hunt down from sources other than the offical
kde releases.

akonadi - kdepimlibs cmake wants at least 1.8.51 available from:
http://download.kde.org/stable/akonadi/src/

I don't know if there's a hard dependency on virtuoso 6.1.6 but
