$ ls /usr/lib/kde4/libexec/kio_http_cache_cleaner*
/usr/lib/kde4/libexec/kio_http_cache_cleaner.distrib
$ ls /usr/bin/kio_http_cache_cleaner*
/usr/bin/kio_http_cache_cleaner.distrib

If it's simple renaming, than I guess I need to restart kdm. Didn't do that 
until now.
