changing Accept-Charset in Konqueror4

Hi,

IIRC in KDE3 it was possible to change the character set that Konqueror
expects in the configuration.

In KDE4 I do not find such an option anymore.

Is there a way to add ISO-8859-1 to the HTTP header tat Konqueror sends out:

GET / HTTP/1.1
Host: 10.250.2.33
Connection: close
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/4.2) KHTML/4.2.2 (like Gecko)
Accept: text/html, image/jpeg;q=0.9, image/png;q=0.9, text/*;q=0.9,
image/*;q=0.9, */*;q=0.8
Accept-Encoding: x-gzip, x-deflate, gzip, deflate
Accept-Charset: utf-8, utf-8;q=0.5, *;q=0.5
Accept-Language: en-US, de, en
