No I've got KDE4 sources from SVN.
Now it's all right : Two library were missing x11proto-xext-dev  and 
libxtst-dev

I have allready compiled kdelibs, kdepimlibs, kdebase, kdegraphics and
kdemultimedia.
I'm going to see KDE4 !
