create a shortcut in the right-mouse-menue

Dear Users

Does anyone know how to create a Link to a Programm in KDE 3.5 in the
right-mouse-key on a file? I'm in the konqueror and right-clic on a
file. there are some points to choose aktions, like decompress, etc...

I want to add "send with mail..."
