Hi, if you are talking about a "alsa device" to select in kontrol center, then it won't work.
I've tryed several settings in a kontrol center. None helped. Only a downgrade libasound to a version 1.0.10-2.

Please do not post the same question to several Debian mailing lists at
the same time, especially if a solution to the problem can be found
simply by googling for the error message.
