Ugh!  Nasty html...  It's tolerable when somebody sends in multipart with
text & HTML versions, but please don't post HTML-only.

In addition, your best source for fixes to this sort of thing is to check
the manufacturer's website.  I did the same thing to a USB memory stick,
and found it was a common enough problem that HP had a utility to reformat
it so that Windows would recognize it (Linux never stopped recognizing
it!).
