Hummmmmmmmm...
KDE is free software (Kpdf too...), Debian promotes only free software,
but Acrobat Reader is a proprietary one. So, I wouldn't say they both
have the same level of "niceness". Just to make clear big and important
differences.
OTH, and only from a --secondary-- technical point of view, Kpdf is
competes very weel and is much better integrated in KDE (and GNU/Linux in
general) that acroreader.
