Pah! You're a Linux user. It's expected of community members that they will
understand that (a) almost everyone working in the community is volunteering
and (b) if you think there's a problem it is _your_ responsibility to submit
detailed bug reports, monitor their progress, and (preferably) submit a
patch. The prime rule is that _somebody_ might solve your problems for you
but _nobody_ is guaranteeing it.
