I don't think it was - 3.3.1-3 was uploaded removing gnokii support and
disabling final mode just a few hours after the fix was posted to the
mailing
list. I'm fairly certain it was not included.
also, to clear things up: if we're talking about debian bug #281705,
the referenced kde bug there is #90967. I can't find any debian bug
containing a reference for #88511.
as I see that they get resolved by different patches to kmheaders.cpp,
perhaps somebody wants to file another bug for this issue.
