It so easy as to:

1. Search for "superkaramba" un Google.
2. Follow firs link, which is http://netdragon.sourceforge.net/
3. Scan rapidly the page until you see a text that says: "Information for 
Theme Creators"
4. Follow that link, which is... wait!, the fishing rod, not the fish :-)
