well, that sounds reasonable. I don't know, however, the impact that
would have on DDTP people, or if it'd be reasonable to mark the
changes as "aesthetic" (or whichever word they use).
also, and this is a RFC: how about removing the paragraph altogether
and adding a line at the end like:
[This package needs a better description. If you like the package
and would like to give something back, you can send an improved
description to <debian-qt-kde@lists.debian.org>, or submit a minor
bug against the package.]
