It's strange! Under exacly (as far as I can judge) the same circumstances
it works one time an fails the other with my konqueror:

  Installed: 4:3.2.2-1
  Candidate: 4:3.2.2-1
  Version Table:
 *** 4:3.2.2-1 0
        990 http://ftp.de.debian.org testing/main Packages
       1001 http://ftp.de.debian.org unstable/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     4:3.2.0-0woody1 0
        500 ftp://ftp-stud.fht-esslingen.de stable/main Packages
     4:3.1.4-0woody1 0
        500 ftp://ftp-stud.fht-esslingen.de stable/main Packages
     4:2.2.2-14.7 0
        500 http://security.debian.org stable/updates/main Packages
        500 http://ftp.de.debian.org stable/main Packages
