Wiki seems to be fibbing; KDE not installable in testing

http://wiki.debian.net/index.cgi?DebianKDE says
"You should be able now to install kde on DebianTesting in the same way
as on sid."

At the moment, this seems not to be the case. Somebody might want to
update the wiki if they can confirm this. I have had enough
peculiarities on my system I thought I'd hold off doing it myself. In
particular, I'm running a testing/unstable hybrid with custom kernel
and modules (e.g., sensors).

My sources.list has both unstable and testing, with pinning to make
testing the default. I'm currently on KDE 2.2.2

By the way, if anybody can explain what's going on, I'd be curious to
know.

Here are some results:

# apt-get -d install kde-core
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
kde-core: Depends: arts but it is not going to be installed
Depends: kdebase but it is not going to be installed
Depends: kdelibs but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

When I do -t unstable things go much better, but of course that's
cheating :) Also, I'd kind of like to let things marinate a little
before trying them out.
