~$ echo $KDEDIRS
/usr:/usr/local/kde:/usr/local
There are no conflicting libs in the local dirs. /usr/local is
unecessary and I just removed it, but I use /usr/local/kde for my own
development; it's easier that way than to create a package for every
test run.
