With a mixed testing/unstable system as you describe, download 
libsensors-1debian1 and install it using dpkg -i. Then you will be able 
to apt-get install kde-core from unstable.

Everything else except the kdemultimedia meta-package should also be 
installable once you have installed the older libsensors packages.
