No. Konqueror (developer) refuse to continue to miss use 'alt' for this.
Remember konqueror tries to conform to standards ;) That's the reason
why you should use <img title='.....'> for those 'pop-up infos'. Then
konqueror does what you want. Nevertheless use 'alt' for all those
lynx and "don't load images' users.
