FWIW I was able to compile this on my machine by adding
CXXFLAGS=-fpermissive in front of ./configure in debian/rules.
Might work on other ISO C++ issues as well.

looks like mips takes over 150min to compile kmail.all_cpp.cpp . The gcc
messages above timeout look more like warnings than errors. mips porters
need to retry kdenetwork on a faster mips (reconfig is the slowest afaik)
or increase the idle timeout.
