File creation permitions

I have installed KDE 3.1 on Debian woody linux. My problem is that if I
create a file in KDE with different applications (ex. openoffice,
konqueror,...) the file will be created with different permissions. I set
the umask in profile, bashrc, environment but it seems the KDE
applications are using an other variable or I don't know what :(( Can
somebody tell me where I can set the kde global variables expectly how I
can te set the file permissions to 660 when I create a file whith an X
application.
