Packaging KDE applications for Debian unstable

Hello all!
I have a Debian packaging question.

I am trying to package KLog ( a ham radio logging program for KDE 3.1) and i 
am having BIG problems to package as it do not compile in Debian unstable.

I can do it with no problem for debian stable and testing but not in unstable.
It fails when trying to link the kde libs... and it cannot find kled, or 
klistview or... any other.

No problem with libqt as i use --with-qt-dir=/usr/share/qt3 but i cannot find 
how to compile using KDElibs...

Any idea?
