kdeextragear is not released by KDE, and is not packaged with the rest
of KDE. In short, you should continue to package it if you want o see
it in Debian.
kwifimanager has been moved in kdenetwork for KDE3.2, and so will be
packaged by the kdenetwork maintainer (Chris Cheney).
