Make sure that you use the flash6 plugin. If flash6 does not help (AFAIK it 
does not have this bug anymore), maybe you can use an alsa driver that allows 
multi-open? (depends on your sound card)
If nothing of the above helps, go to the konqueror setting, there go to 
"plugins" and there again to card "plugins". There you have a check box that 
enables artsdsp for netscape plugins.
