KDE mouse shortcuts?

I've been seeing questions on keyboard shortcuts and thought I'd pop a 
question of my own: Where can the mouse shortcuts be set? In particular: 
I'd like my center mouse button to open a new tab in the background 
rather than a new window. Can it be done?
