oooqs from ktown.kde.org conflicts with openoffice.org

Hello,

I have openoffice.org 1.0.2-1 from ftp.freenet.de
Installation of oooqs from ktown gives:

Unpacking oooqs (from .../oooqs_1.0-rc3-0woody1_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/oooqs_1.0-rc3-0woody1_i386.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/ooo_calc.xpm', which is also in package openoffice.org
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/oooqs_1.0-rc3-0woody1_i386.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
