apt-show-versions comes to my mind.
Having the same mixed system, I would *strongly* suggests to install
the package apt-proxy. It's a true proxy server for APT, which stores
the packages you download in two different trees (woody and sid) and
permits a whole bunch of things with apt one cannot even imagine, like
commenting-out all sid lines from sources.list and run dselect against
your own computer updating woody only or viceversa, etc etc etc.
