Re: kdeinit and ksmserver won't start

This looks like something is not installed... Are you sure you have
kdebase,kdebase-bin,kdelibs and kdelibs-bin installed.
apt-get install kdebase kdebase-bin kdelibs kdelibs-bin
and see if something is missing
