  apt-show-versions -a | grep unstable\ uptodate
  apt-show-versions -a | grep testing\ uptodate

The above two commands will tell you if you have any sarge/sid packages
installed that are up-to-date with the mirrors - the rest can be caught by
running the commands:

  apt-show-versions -u | grep testing
  apt-show-versions -u | unstable

Read apt-show-versions(1) for more information on this command.
