Hi Oliver,

yes, like other members of this list mentioned before, it should be 
no problem to install the german language files from cdrom.
I don't think that you'll have such a problem, but if you miss a 
cdrom in your /etc/apt/sources.list you could add one by using 
apt-cdrom.
To use apt-zip might be the best option in your case, if you'll run 
into some problems with the cd's.
