nothing special, but:

#deb http://www.ping.uio.no/~mortehu/kde-i386/ ./
#deb http://kde3.geniussystems.net/debian ./
deb http://frml.snt.utwente.nl/~remco/deb/kde3 ./

Someone was so kind to mirror to http://frml.snt.utwente.nl. This worked great 
to me yesterday.
