How to disable -fno-exceptions in kdevelop

Hi,

I'm trying on some C++ here with kdevelop but it always creates Makefiles 
that use -fno-exception as a compiler flag which makes the use of throwing an 
exception impossible.
Does anybody know how to turn this "feature" (?!?) off?
