Same problem. I also have redrawing problems with anti-aliased text
(disappears e.g. when I mouse-drag an icon over the directory tree in
konqueror, reappears when I move the mouse over it again).

Also, in some textarea form elements wrap default text (pre-filled) after
the first word, as soon as I click in the element (put the cursor in there)
the text jumps and is wrapped correctly.

Very strange.
