Sorry for replying on my own question, but the situation has changed:

OK, now I know that it's stored in ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobal (or 
something similar, however I've found it). There AntiAliasing is set to "yes".
Now I deleted all .* files and directories out of my home-dir and 
reconfigured KDE. still the same, NO anti-aliased fonts

So there's still the question:
