Use /etc/apt/preferences. (from apt 0.5.x, you might have to manually upgrade apt first) like this:
this is something new in the latest version of apt? Am I right in thinking that would make the one with the priority if 900 the one that would be used by default?
and in sources.list I would need to put the source of Woody and the source of Sid? Hopefully this will become more obvious to me once I have managed to download Woody, on single ISDN it has been at it all night :/
