This is not required, files are only sourced by other scripts, they do not
need to be executable.

You can continue using ssh-agent by changing the file
/etc/X11/Xsession.d/99xfree86-common_start to read:
exec $REALSTARTUP
(vs. exec "$REALSTARTUP")
Bug has already been reported multiple times (against xfree86-common).
