Oh, I forgot exchange all charsets in KDE with iso-8859-15. This is not any
easy task because many programs simply ignore the settings with kcontrol,
e.g. kmail (if you only want ONE thing in another way, you have to set all),
konqueror (which does not use the default at all; you even have to set a
usuable font for EVERY charset :-((( ) and knode (should the KDE wide
defaults be the start from configuring the custom fonts? again, you want to
change on, you have to change all).
Who does use the currency sign??? That is the only difference of iso-8859-1
and iso-8859-15 (or did I miss something). Couldn't we then make a more
reasonable default than iso-8859-1, at least for KDE2 ???
