build-deps for alpha packages
if you are building KDE based packages please make sure you not only
build-depend on g++-3.0 [alpha] but also gcc-3.0 [alpha]....
If you have any questions on how to make sure your package builds on
the alpha platform please let me know.
(this goes for QT based apps as well since QT is now built with g++-3.0 for
alpha)
