kdvi - "letter" file output yields "a4"

Hi all,

While I can view dvi files in kdvi using the "letter" papersize, I cannot 
export (or print to file) in either ps or pdf format using the "letter" 
papersize.

I have changed the default properties for the "print to file" options on the 
print dialog box. Surprisingly enough, there is no way to save the changes 
other than for printers.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
