IMHO konqueror does a better job than netscape with this page.
Netscape has tiny font syndrom and shows a list konqueror instead
show a selection(?) button.

No problem here I've added to test page <hr>foo<br><br>bar<br><hr> and got:

horz. rule
foo
	<--empty here
bar
