duh!  because there are lower versions in the potato-tree.

this is *required* in order to build the crypto bits of kdelibs.  (actually
libssl095a or greater is...either way neither version is available for
potato).

this is available on kde.tdyc.com because I'm nice...however it is not 
required which is why it's in optional.
