The kdelibs-dev packa.. Well, I've started packaging a couple things for Debian which basically just included calling "deb-make", "dpkg-buildpackage" in the source root directory. They (or install instructions, rather) are at http://134.28.62.2/debian/. For all of those, I've contacted the developers and they are OK with me doing the packaging.
