master kde.debian.net site requirements
Common question...what does it take to handle the master site.
disk space: web site + ftp archive (currently) = 1038536 (1gig +/-)
pc req's: the old kde.debian.net box was a p200 with 128MB RAM
bandwidth: not sure. :) But being the master site we can lock it down
to only allow rsync/ftp/http from other mirrors.
