I mirror kde.tdyc.com every day at 06:00 CET, so theoretically
someone in the US could still be uploading packages
in the late evening and cause these problems. If I would do it
later people might run into problems apt-get'ing
in the (European) morning.

But I have to do it at some point, so these errors might
occur more often ...

You can avoid this trouble with the 2 deb lines below, if it's not there
at the mirror apt-get will retrieve it from kde.tdyc.com.

deb http://ftp.wh9.tu-dresden.de/pub/linux/debian-stuff/KDE2/ potato main crypto optional qt1apps
deb http://kde.tdyc.com/debian potato main crypto optional qt1apps
