Of course, but you need to do a little tweaking of your fixed fonts setting
in /etc/X11/Xftconfig to not break konsole.
AA fonts can be disabled in the KDE control center.
And: there is a nasty qt-2.3-beta1 bug which breaks the konqueror url bar.
QT-2.3-beta-1 is only in sid aka unstable.
