kde 2.1 for potato

ok...I just started my upload of 2.1 packages for potato.  They will be in
a new apt section called "beta".  And thus treat them as such! :)  

This round will include:

     kdelibs 
     kdebase  
     kdeadmin  * 
     kdenetwork
     kdemultimedia
     kdegraphics  *

  * still building

I will get everything except kdetoys and koffice built and uploaded so you'll
all get to play...this includes the source +diffs for others to build (powerpc
and others)...  

and just so I don't get questions about this...  koffice and kdetoys were not
released as beta's.  ktux was the only change to kdetoys and it's not ready
for release so it wasn't.  koffice is just not ready for release as there is
still some migration happening (kivio), and the filters are just not ready.

Oh...and I forgot...kdepim is not ready for release either...
