Argh help.. kdeinit error

Hi All,

Just installed the latest packages in the Debian (us.debian.org) unstable 
(Woody) distribution.

Now KDE will not launch properly, gets as far as the desktop (backdrop, 
colours, icons etc) but no further.

Xsession error reported is:

ERROR: KUniqueApplication: Trying to launch kdeinit.
KLauncher doing clientStarted(`kio_file')
